We start by using a special UV resistant Marine Grade Vinyl.
The Stitching Thread is rot resistant and
the Zippers are coated to prevent corrosion.
The Cover is double stitched and Layered material is used
on all the stress points.

C Channel is required to reinforce the center of the Cover
for Snow Load. Aluminum is used instead of steel to prevent rusty
Condensation from dripping back into the Hot Tub Water.
